Before you can install the driver, make sure you have Microsoft ActiveSync
installed on both your computer and Pocket PC.

After ActiveSync has been installed and setup, open ActiveSync and connect
your Pocket PC to your computer.

When ActiveSync indicates that your Pocket PC is connected to your computer,
click on Explore. Windows Explorer will open a Mobile Device window for your
Pocket PC device. This will allow you to browse your Pocket PC's directories
and copy files.

From Mobile Device window, go to the \Windows folder of your Pocket PC device.

On the computer that your Pocket PC is connected to, go to the drivers
folder of the PocketPC_NativeUSB_U3UE9 package (You probably have this package
uncompressed if you are reading this file). You will see folders for
different processors. Enter the folder of the processor type your Pocket PC
is using. In this folder you should see two files, labjackusb.dll and
labjackusb.lib.

Copy the driver (labjackusb.dll) to the \Windows folder on your Pocket PC
device. If you are copying over an older driver and get a "Cannot copy"
error, reset your Pocket PC device and try to copy again.

Disconnect your Pocket PC from your computer and connect your U3/UE9 to your
Pocket PC's USB host.

When the U3/UE9 is connected for the first time to your Pocket PC, a
"Unidentified USB Device" window will appear. For the name of the device driver,
enter labjackusb.dll and click the OK button. If no other windows appear, then
the U3/UE9 is installed and attached with no errors. If a window does appear with a
error message, then there was a problem installing or attaching the U3/UE9 device.

Example applications can be installed from the examples folder of the
PocketPC_NativeUSB_U3UE9 package.

Note: Currently, only the ARM processor driver has been tested. Other drivers
are provided, but are untested. If a driver for your processor is not found,
      e-mail support@labjack.com.
