A-3-3-3 T8 Signal Range [T-Series Datasheet]
The T8 analog inputs have channel-to-channel isolation allowing them to measure across their full range with common mode voltages up to the isolation spec from Appendix A-3-3-1.
Appendix A-3-3-1 has the abbreviated range values, which are also the values used when specifying the desired range. See the table below for the exact nominal ranges. For example, the T8 has a range called ±4.8V, specified for AIN2 by writing AIN2_RANGE=4.8, and the actual nominal range in that case is ±4.884V.
Range | Actual Range | Units |
---|---|---|
11 | 11.0[1] | ±Volts |
9.6 | 9.768 | ±Volts |
4.8 | 4.884 | ±Volts |
2.4 | 2.442 | ±Volts |
1.2 | 1.221 | ±Volts |
0.6 | 0.611 | ±Volts |
0.3 | 0.305 | ±Volts |
0.15 | 0.153 | ±Volts |
0.075 | 0.076 | ±Volts |
0.036 | 0.038 | ±Volts |
0.015 | 0.019 | ±Volts |
[1] The range is guaranteed to be at least 11 volts. The actual limit will vary between 11 and 11.3 V.
